These terms are the agreement between you and Blitz Studio for using Arrow Escape. They keep things simple and fair: the game is free to play, its content belongs to us, and coins and hints are just parts of the game. Please read them before you play.
Arrow Escape (the “Game”) is published by Blitz Studio (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Game only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. This licence lasts as long as you comply with these terms.
The Game and everything in it — including the levels, puzzles, artwork, design, name, logo, sounds, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you. You may not use our name, logo, or content outside the Game without our written permission.
The Game includes virtual items such as coins and hints. These are part of the Game only and:
We may adjust, expire, or remove virtual items, and change the game economy (such as coin rewards or hint costs), at any time. Uninstalling the Game or resetting your progress will erase your virtual items and progress.
The Game is free and supported by ads, including full-screen ads between some levels and optional rewarded ads you can choose to watch for coins, hints, or an extra life. Ads are served by third parties as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the products they promote.

We may add, change, or remove features, levels, or content, and may update the Game at any time. We may also suspend or discontinue the Game, in whole or in part, without notice. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available or error-free.
You obtain the Game through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, and their terms also apply to your download and use. Those platforms are not responsible for the Game or for support, and any store-specific rights are between you and the platform.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You use the Game at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game. Because the Game is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which is typically zero.
You may stop using the Game and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end your licence to use the Game if you breach these terms. On termination, the licence in Section 2 ends and you must stop using the Game; the sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these terms as the Game evolves or as laws change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, noted within the Game. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
